Carpenters 匠 is a Singapore interior design house built on the relationship between design and craft. We create considered residences that balance spatial clarity, material character and the realities of everyday living.
For 17 years, our team of about 40 designers and project managers has completed more than 1,000 homes across Singapore. Our carpentry heritage gives us a close understanding of how ideas become beautifully resolved spaces, with attention carried from concept through completion.

Renovation cost depends on the property type, floor area, existing condition, site-work scope, amount of custom carpentry, and selected materials and finishes. Ask for an itemised quotation that distinguishes essential work from optional upgrades so you can compare the scope clearly.
Absolutely. All material, labour, and carpentry costs are itemised clearly with no hidden charges. Any additional works will only proceed with your approval.
Yes, we manage all HDB renovation permits, MCST submissions, and required approvals for electrical, plumbing, and hacking works.
Yes, 3D visualisations are provided so you can see your space before renovation begins. Revisions can be made based on your preferences.
We follow a milestone-based payment schedule: deposit, post-carpentry drawing approval, post-tiling, carpentry installation, and final handover.
Yes. Our works carry a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of handover, effective while your contract is paid in full and subject to the terms on our warranty page. Blum hardware is covered by Blum's own manufacturer warranty, and appliances and materials follow their manufacturers' warranties.
For light works, yes. However, for hacking, carpentry fabrication, and major electrical work, we recommend temporary accommodation for comfort and safety.
